Before I tell you what has been going on in July, I had better tell you what went on in the last couple of months!
May and June have been exciting months. Specialist custom work, fresh stock of J Lane Dry Plates and testing out prototypes of new products. A picture is worth a thousand words (and don’t we know it!) so here are some photos to show you what I have been up to:
Safe as houses! This is one of two bespoke 10x12” glass plate travel boxes I have been working on for a customer.
Peekaboo! Testing out the first, of hopefully many, Burley Cameras focusing cloths. A traditional focusing cloth is quite unbeatable for it’s versatility, I tell you! Contact me if you would like to know more!
After a very special delivery from the USA today I have restocked all the J Lane Dry Plates I launched with last month plus I have added 4x5” format to the lineup.
A customer wanted holes cut in the lens boards I made for him previously. I mounted the flanges for him too! Did you know I cut holes at no extra charge? Just let me know at time of ordering!
I also had the privilege of making some lens boards for a Burke and James camera!
